The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is a car that has earned a place in the hearts of enthusiasts, taking the Alfa Romeo brand to the highest level among sports sedans.

This model was the subject of our  engine management software calibrations with which we obtained 620hp and 770Nm.

These results were only possible thanks to the installation of a  complete exhaust  with free downpipe.

Programming takes place without opening the ECU cover (bench programming).  Serial programming via the OBDII socket is not yet possible, but the connection takes place without any trace of physical tampering of the control unit. By restoring the backup of the stock ECU it is possible to return to the original state.

The installation time is approximately 4 working hours.

With the latest update of the Cayenne (536) and Panamera (971) models Porsche has introduced two new units, these are the  V6 3.0L and 2.9L turbo petrol engines,  the turbocharging takes place for the 3.0L from a single turbocharger while the 2.9 it is equipped with two turbo compressors with variable geometry.

Our elaborations are already available on both engines, in detail the improvements obtained on the 3.0L V6 that equips the new Macan S equipped with a particulate filter which despite the presence of this anti-pollution device   we have obtained 406hp and 564Nm. 

 For the Cayenne S 536 with the 2.9L twin-turbo engine of 441hp and 550Nm, the same that we also find on the Panamera 4S 971 and the new Macan Turbo, the power improvement is increased by 50hp and the torque by 95Nm.

On both engines, 3.0L and 2.9L, programming takes place  by disassembling the ECU but  without opening the cover (bench programming) . This allows you to have no trace of physical tampering with the control unit.

The installation time is approximately two working hours.

On the latest version of the new  VW Golf 8  2.0 TDI 150hp  that equips the BOSCH MD1 generation we have obtained  195hp and 440Nm of torque . We did not notice any significant changes on the injection system, but it was possible to carry out  a precise and efficient tuning  which, in addition to better delivery, also allows for improved fuel consumption.

Programming takes place without opening the ECU cover (bench programming).  Serial programming via OBDII socket is not yet possible, so it is possible to connect to the control unit without leaving any trace of physical tampering. By restoring the backup of the stock ECU it is possible to return to the original state.

The installation time is approximately 2 working hours.

The latest Audi RS6 Avant C8 version is equipped with a  605hp V8 4.0 TFSI , the engine that also equips the Lamborghini Urus.

We have developed a calibration with which we arrived at 700hp and 930Nm

During the development it became evident that one of the limitations of this engine is due to the exhaust system to comply with the Euro6 D-Temp standard. In fact, the two turbos inserted in the V of the eight cylinders have catalysts and anti-path filters (OPF / GPF) positioned in the rear part of the engine compartment, in a very closed area where it is difficult to dissipate the heat generated by the 4-liter.

To improve performance, it  is necessary to intervene at the exhaust level with a pair of sports downpipes equipped  with high-performance metal sports catalysts . In this way, the temperatures of the exhaust gases are significantly reduced and maximum performance is achieved.

With the modification to the exhaust it was possible to further refine the calibration and increase to  730hp and 1030Nm of torque. The power has been deliberately maintained in the 730hp area in order to guarantee  maximum performance consistency even under strong thermal stress of the engine , without failing even in case of prolonged use.
